Thryv Terms (effective September 18, 2026): initial Subscription Period set in the Order; annual terms renew annually and shorter terms renew month-to-month; cancel 'at least 30 days prior to the beginning of your next Subscription Period'; full refund only within a 3-day Cancellation Period, otherwise 'no refunds'; at least 30 days' notice of fee increases, effective at renewal; promotional pricing reverts to then-current retail rates. The franchise page says the initial term is six months and renews automatically.
