Reviewshake tracks reviews from Google Business Profile, Facebook and more than 100 other review sites, including industry sites for healthcare, legal, real estate, hospitality, automotive and software. If a site you need is missing, tell us.
New reviews are imported every 12 to 24 hours depending on the source. You are notified by email when a new review arrives, and you can flag negative reviews for an alert.
Yes for Google Business Profile and Facebook, which are connected directly. For other sites Reviewshake drafts the reply and you post it on the site.
Yes. Every plan supports additional locations at $30 per month each, with per-location reporting. The Agency plan includes 25 locations and client accounts for managing many businesses under one login.
SMS invites are available in the US and selected other countries. Email invites work everywhere. Ask us before you buy if SMS matters for you.
On the Agency plan the app runs on your own domain with your logo, your sender email addresses, your branded client dashboards and your branded scheduled reports. Clients never see Reviewshake.
Yes. There are no contracts or setup fees. Cancel from the billing page and your plan ends at the end of the current period.
