What we do every month
You connect Google Business Profile and Facebook from a link we send, which takes a minute. We add every other site you are listed on, import your customer list and put your logo and sender name on the request emails and texts.
Every customer gets a request after their visit, by email or SMS, with gentle reminders. Unhappy customers are routed to private feedback first so you hear it before the public does.
New reviews are imported every 12 to 24 hours. Each one gets a reply drafted by AI and checked by a person on our team before it posts to Google or Facebook, within one business day of arriving.
On the first of the month you get a report: new reviews, rating by site, reply rate, what customers mention most, and how you compare with the competitors you name.
If you do not have at least 10 new Google reviews after your first 90 days, we refund those three months. The only thing we need from you is a list of at least 35 customers to ask, as a CSV, from Square, or through a form we give you.

No. You connect Google Business Profile and Facebook yourself from a link we send you, with the normal two-click authorisation. We never see your password. Everything else we set up on our side.
AI drafts each reply using the review text and your business details. A person on our team reads every draft before it posts and edits anything that sounds off. You can give us tone rules, things to always mention and things never to say.
Yes. Tell us and we send you the drafts by email instead of posting them. Most customers switch to auto after the first month.
A CSV you upload once or send us each month, a Square connection, Zapier from your booking or invoicing tool, or a short form we give you for the front desk. We never buy or scrape contact lists.
New reviews and average rating per site, reply rate and time, the themes customers mention most with sentiment, and a comparison with up to three competitors you name. It comes as a PDF on the first of the month and the dashboard is yours to log into any time.
Each location is priced separately and gets its own requests, replies and report. Five or more locations are better priced on the agency rate; ask us.
Yes, monthly, from an email to us. There is no contract and no setup fee. If you cancel, your Reviewshake account and all its reviews stay yours on a self-serve plan or close completely, your choice.
