How to choose

Four questions to ask before a demo

  • Which review sites matter in your industry? Google and Facebook are a given; check the tool covers the niche sites your customers use.
  • Can you see the price? Per-location pricing adds up fast across 10 or 50 locations. Ask for the 12-month total, not the monthly figure.
  • What is the contract? Annual auto-renewing contracts are common at the enterprise end; month to month is common at the small-business end.
  • Who replies to reviews? AI drafts with an approval step save most of the time. Check whether replies post directly to Google or need copying.

Questions

Choosing review management software

What is the best review management software?

There is no single best tool; it depends on size and who runs it. For agencies and growing businesses that want published pricing, Reviewshake starts at $29 per month. Large multi-location brands usually shortlist Birdeye, Podium, BrightLocal.

How much does review management software cost?

Published prices in this list start around $5 to $30 per month for one location and run to several hundred per location for enterprise suites. Several of the larger vendors only quote through sales; our pricing pages collect what buyers report paying.

Which review management tools offer white label?

Among the tools we track: ReviewTrackers, Cloutly, Vendasta, ReputationStacker, BrightLocal, LocalClarity, Repuso, Grade.us, Grab Your Reviews (now GiveMe5.ai), GatherUp, ReviewInc, Trustmary, Synup, and Reviewshake on its $199 Agency plan.

How did you pick these tools?

We track 31 review and reputation tools and read each vendor's own pricing and feature pages, plus public G2 and Capterra listings. Picks are grouped by the buyer each tool is built for. We make Reviewshake and list it first, so weigh that.
